Hello friends. I have been using more and more Birthday and Thank You cards lately. I love sending out handmade cards to family and friends. I think it always adds a personal touch. Plus, have you priced store bought cards lately? They are out of this world! Handmade is the best kind of card anyway.

Today I am using:

  • My favorite Things Recipe for Happiness Stamp Set
  • White and Red Cardstock
  • White Cardbase
  • Copic Markers
  • Detail Scissors
  • Adhesive
  • Glossy Accents
  • Pattern Paper
  • Black Ink
  • Sequins

What I did:

  1. Stamp each of the 4 chef images with smaller images on a piece of white cardstock.
  2. Color each with Copic markers. I used: C0, C3, C5, C8, R24, R27, R29Thanks Card created by Larissa Pittman
  3. Cut each image out using a pair of detail scissors.

  5. Adhere the pattern paper onto the Red Cardstock.
  6. Adhere the die cut and images onto the card front.
  7. Stamp the sentiment onto a piece of white cardstock and trim.
  8. Adhere the sentiment at the bottom of the card. Or wherever you would like it to be.
  9. Adhere the card front onto the white cardbase.
  10. To finish off the card add sequins or embellishments of your choice.
