Shaker cards are one of my favorite types of interactive cards. I have made many of these cards through the years but I have to say this Queen Bee Shaker card was the easiest. With the adorable stamps and die cuts from Honey Bee Stamps and the A2 size shaker cover, this card came together in no time. I hope you give it a try. Have fun! Lisa~
Supplies for Queen Bee Shaker Card

Step One:
Cut the papers as follows: Lavender cardstock 4 3/4″ x 12″, fold in half for the base card, orange cardstock 4 1/2″ x 5 3/4″, patterned paper 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″, and white cardstock 4 1/8″ x 5 3/8″.
Step Two:
On another piece of white cardstock, stamp the images with a black inkpad. Watercolor the images and die cut them out.
Step Three:
Add some accents to the images with a white paint pen and use a glitter pen on the bee’s wings. Check out the finished photo to see where to add the white dots.
Step Four:
Die cut the Bee Hive Box in blue cardstock. Die cut the extra roof piece from lavender cardstock and add it to the Bee Hive Box with some foam tape.
Step Five:
Adhere the Bee Hive Box, the queen bee, and smaller bee to the patterned paper. Apply some rhinestones to the bee’s antennas.
Step Six:
Attach the piece of white cardstock to the plastic cover on the top and sides, leaving the bottom part open.
Step Seven:
Slide the patterned paper into the plastic cover from the bottom. Add confetti to the inside of the plastic cover and seal the bottom closed. Adhere the flowers to the front. Stamp and die cut “Queen Bee” and adhere it to the front. Attach a Action Wobbles to the other bee image and adhere that to the front also. To finish the card, adhere the orange cardstock to the lavender card base, and then adhere the plastic cover to the card base.
