I have designed and created many of these lamps throughout the years and I never get tired of them. They are quick and easy, making them perfect for large events and any theme or holiday. Place a battery-operated candle in the flute to add a beautiful touch of soft light. I hope you give them a try. Crafty hugs, Lisa~

Step One:

Print the lampshade pattern on copy paper or cardstock and cut it out. Lay the pattern on the back of the patterned paper, trace it with pencil and cut it out. Using the pattern for guidance, mark the score lines, and then score the patterned paper with a scoring tool and a ruler. Fold along all of the score marks.

Step Two:

Use a hot glue gun to add trim along the top and bottom of the lampshade. Fold the score lines and glue the ends together. Adhere two small butterflies to the lampshade. To finish, cut the fabric flowers with wire cutters and wrap them together. Adhere the baby’s breath to the flowers with a glue gun, and then glue them all to the stem of the flute. To secure the flowers better, cut four pieces of ribbon in different colors 6″ long and tie them to the flute. Add a small bow on top.
