Create this beautiful Foiled Sunflower Card with Deco Foil by Therm-O-Web

For this Foiled Sunflower Card, I was in my very own creative heaven! By using three of my favorite things, a sunflower die, Deco Foils, and Brand NEW Toner Papers designed by Ann Butler, this card became one of my all-time favorites! I hope you give this card a try. Supplies for Foiled Sunflower Card

Steps One, Two, Three:

To begin, apply the Deco Foils on three different toner papers following the manufacturer’s instructions. Cut all of the papers as follows: Blue cardstock for the base card, 4 1/2″ x 12″ and second piece of blue cardstock 3 1/4″ x 9″. Fold both pieces in half. Next, cut two pieces of orange cardstock 4 1/4″ x 5 3/4″ and 4 1/4″ x 3″, green cardstock 3 3/4″ x 4 1/2″. Toner papers- Lace 3 1/2″ x 4 1/4″, Sunflower 4 x 5 1/2″ and Flourish 4″ x 2 3/4″.

With the base card folded in half, adhere the second piece of blue cardstock to the bottom portion as shown.

Adhere the orange cardstock to the base card and the Sunflower toner paper on top of that.

Steps Four, Five, Six:

Close the lower portion of blue cardstock over the base card and adhere the orange cardstock and Flourish toner paper on top.

Turn the card over and open the lower portion as shown. Adhere the green cardstock and Lace toner paper onto the lower portion of the card.

Apply Deco Foils on three black toner papers following the manufacturer’s instructions. Die cut the pieces out as shown in the photo.

Steps Seven & Eight:

Punch a hole into one of the foiled sunflowers. Fold a few stamens in half and push them through the hole. Add some glue around the stamens to hold them in place and cut off the excess threads.

Adhere the sunflowers and the leaves together as shown. Attach two pieces of foam tape to to the leaves and add the sunflowers on top. To finish the card, foil the sentiment with the Deep Blue Deco Foil and adhere the sentiment and sunflower to the front of the card.
