Transform an empty paper towel or toilet paper roll into napkin rings for a Quick & Easy Valentine’s Day Craft or any occasion. This eco-friendly project can be created quickly and easily to match the theme of your dinner. If you want these napkin rings to be used year after year or to be given as a gift I have a trick in the tip section that will make them more durable and be able to withstand the test of time.
Steps One, Two, Three:
Measure and cut the toilet paper roll 1 1/2″ wide.
Glue fabric to center of the inside of the roll. Clip the outside edges for easier turning.
Glue the edges of the fabric onto the top side of the roll, leaving a nice finished edge.
Steps Four, Five, Six:
Measure the fun foam 1 1/2″ wide by outside edge of roll.
Glue the fun foam to the outside edge, using clips to hold in place until dry.
Die cut the heart from fun foam and attach to the ring over the seam. Let dry.
