The steps are easy so let’s get started…

Steps One, Two, Three:

Gather all your supplies and choose your Deco Foil and ribbon colors. This can be hard as there are so many wonderful ones to choose from!

Die cut assorted hearts from the Deco Foil Hot Melt Adhesive. Place hearts, paper side up, onto the jar. Press with iron for about 20 – 30 seconds depending upon your iron. Let cool for about a minute.

Remove the paper from the hearts.

Steps Four, Five, Six:

Choose the desired color of foil and place onto the jar, shiny side up.

Place parchement paper on top of the foil.

Press with an iron for about 20 – 30 seconds, depending upon your iron.

Steps Seven, Eight, Nine:

Remove the parchment and foil. If needed, place second set of hearts on foiled hearts and repeat steps 2 – 6.

Cut one section of Gwen Studios Faux Leather MicroDot Trim to fit the top edge of the bottle.

Adhere around the edge of the bottle neck, as shown.

Steps Ten, Eleven, Twelve:

To create a ribbon rose for the neck of the bottle use 1/4″ sating ribbon. Place a dab of glue about a half inch from the edge.

Fold edge onto the glue. Attach a clothes pin if needed, let dry for about 30 seconds to a minute.

Roll folded edge over tightly to form center of rose.

Steps Thirteen, Fourteen, Fifteen:

Fold ribbon as shown.

Wrap ribbon around the center to create the petals of the rose. Add glue along botton edge to secure.

Continue until you have the desired size of rose. Trim the ribbon and wrap the end around the bottom of the rose glue in place. Fill jar with candies.
