The BellaCon 2024 Virtual Retreat is a 4-day crafting event…which will be held April 17 – 20, 2024 in a private Facebook Group.

By registering, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the following statements:
- I am registering for a 4-day virtual event that will be LIVE April 17-20, 2024.
- I understand that there are no REFUNDS once purchased.
- I understand that I am completely responsible for the content and accuracy of my registration form and contact information.
- Because Life Happens…it is possible that teacher substitution could happen should a conflict or emergency arise.
- My registration is not valid until my full payment has been recieved.

The Virtual Event will be offered two ways. One with SWAG from our Sponsors and one without.
The First Level is $147 plus a $10 processing fee (for a total of $157) and includes:SWAG Option is Sold Out!

- Q&A with instructors.
- SWAG…estimated retail value is currently $175+. That is alot of Awesome SWAG from our generous sponsors…we will ship the SWAG right to your door the beinging of April. Please Note: The SWAG is limited to the first 125 who register. Also, if you live outside the USA there will be an invocie sent for the additional actual shipping which will be calculated to the address to where it will be shipped.

Workshops for the BellaCon 2024 Virtual Event begin on Wednesday, April 17th, 9 am CST and go through 5:00 pm CST on Saturday, April 20th.
There will be a LIVE Pajama Party on Thursday evening, April 18th at 8:00 pm CST. Instructors, sponsors and special guests will be introduced, questions will be addressed, and a few of the fabulous give-a-ways and door prizes donated by some of our generous sponsors will be given away!! Everyone registered has an opportunity to win!
The event will conclude Saturday evening at 7:00 pm CST with closing remarks, recognitions, and additional prize giveaways.
Please be aware that in the event an instructor becomes unavailable through no fault of their own, as we all know Life Happens…a substitute instructor will teach the workshop or a substitute workshop will be added. This has never happened at one of our events but it needs to be put out there as I said Life Happens and we all do the best we can!
Frequently Asked Questions:
- How do I get a refund? Sorry, there are no refunds. If you are unable to be at the event Virtually during the event, everything will be available to rewatch when you are able.
- Will I be able to get a class supply list or buy a kit? A class supply list will be available in the Facebook Group at least one week prior to the event. Limited kits will be available from the instructors, these will also be listed in the Facebook Group.
- Can I make partial payments? No, payment must be paid in full at time of registration.
- I don’t have a PayPal account. Will I still be able to register and pay for the event? Yes. You do not have to have a PayPal account. You can still pay through PayPal using a credit card without establishing an account.

These were two days packed with projects by a lineup of amazing artists! They introduced products and techniques that are familiar and others that were new to me! Projects included paper, mixed media, coloring, painting, fabric and more. There was so much to learn, many tips, ideas and techniques to apply in my future projects. The beauty of the event it was recorded and we could go back and replay later. Loved all the fantastic giveaways and phenomenal swag. Kudos to Ann & Lisa for an amazing and inspiring time.
This will be my second BellaCon event and I am so jazzed! Last year we had some amazing sponsors who provided awesome gifts! From door prizes to huge bundles of the best products out there! Best of all everyone gets a chance to win! The instructors were all top notch!! I learned so many new things and had the best time. Sadly I was sick part of the time. I had a blast at BellaCon last year! The instructors were amazing – so patient and such good instructions and workshops. I think Zentangle with Cindy Shepard was still my favorite! Loved the fun SWAG bag. So much stuff. We made cards using a “Spirelli” technique – (think of Spirograph). We learned how to wrap rope to make beautiful baskets, how to use pattern stamps to make cute projects for quick gifts and made a journal with Eileen Hull’s die cuts. We were able to buy kits from all of the instructors at a very reasonable prices. I just cannot express how much fun it was and how much I learned. All kinds of new tips and tricks. Too many things to mention! It was just wonderful!
My first experience with BellaCon was in 2023. I absolutely loved the designers and classes. I bought the swag and the products we got to try were an additional plus. I am so excited and can’t wait for BellaCon 2024.
BellaCon 2023 was a great event, I think what really made it special was the great mix of different types of crafts and having the instructors do the tutorials live. As a participant it was awesome to have someone live who could ask all the questions I was thiking of.
I had a great time networking with other crafters and mentors. We all had a blast even when it wasn’t in person. The whole event ran very smooth. I love how we can go back and look at the videos. I am looking forward to BellaCon 2024.
