Hello friends. I have been using more and more Birthday and Thank You cards lately. I love sending out handmade cards to family and friends. I think it always adds a personal touch. Plus, have you priced store bought cards lately? They are out of this world! Handmade is the best kind of card anyway.
Today I am using:
- My favorite Things Recipe for Happiness Stamp Set
- White and Red Cardstock
- White Cardbase
- Copic Markers
- Detail Scissors
- Adhesive
- Glossy Accents
- Pattern Paper
- Black Ink
- Sequins
What I did:
- Stamp each of the 4 chef images with smaller images on a piece of white cardstock.
- Color each with Copic markers. I used: C0, C3, C5, C8, R24, R27, R29
- Cut each image out using a pair of detail scissors.
- Die cut and trim the pattern paper.
- Adhere the pattern paper onto the Red Cardstock.
- Adhere the die cut and images onto the card front.
- Stamp the sentiment onto a piece of white cardstock and trim.
- Adhere the sentiment at the bottom of the card. Or wherever you would like it to be.
- Adhere the card front onto the white cardbase.
- To finish off the card add sequins or embellishments of your choice.
I hope you enjoyed my post today. Have a wonderful day friends and keep creating.
