We are so excited…All of the details have fallen into place for the Bella Crafts Holiday Craft-a-Long 2024 Virtual Event.

Listed below are the workshops that will be happening.

We wanted to make them available ahead of registration so that you can check them out before you register.

The Bella Crafts Holiday Craft-a-Long is a 3-day Virtual Crafting Event which will be held October 23-25, 2024.

What makes this Bella Crafts Holiday Craft-a-Long unique is that each registered attedee will have access to all the workshops not just a selection of them. Bella Crafts Holiday Craft-a-Long will feature 12+ Classes, Quick Projects, Tips & Tricks, and a Q&A time with the instructors. There are many amazing people and companies that are supporting this event with their time, talents and amazing products…we are beyond grateful!

Our confirmed instructors and workshops are:

Eileen will be teaching Bright and Colorful Merry Mini-Album using her dies from Sizzix and her Eileen Hull JewelLoom.

In this class we will create a Holiday Mini-Album that you can use in so many ways! Add photos that you get in Christmas cards, recipes, shopping lists, menus, calendar, wish lists and more! Tailor the book to your colors and style. You will learn a really cool way to bind the pages and decorate the covers. To finish off the book, you will learn how to weave a beaded spine for the book on the Eileen Hull JewelLoom! Such a special way to plan the holidays… Hope you can join me!

Julianna will be teaching a Holiday Tassel Workshop.

Jewels will be teaching you how to make decorative tassels for gift toppers, journal adornments, home decor and so much more! 

She will be using the Jewel Loom Wisdom Warrior Tassel Kit that comes with 3 different sized tassel makers and 5 decorative charms. 

You will need to gather your sari ribbon or material of choice along with some small beads and jump rings. 

Jewels will show you LIVE how to make these fun, funky and joyful tassels!

Amanda will be teaching a Light-up Holiday Card showcasing Pear Blossom Press lights.

Join Amanda Stevens of Pear Blossom Press as she teaches you how to create a holiday card that will knock your socks off! The cute little snow globe is a shaker. Plus, it really lights up with the help of a Halo Light. Who wouldn’t want to receive a card like this?

Sara will be teaching a Fun & Festive Christmas Card Workshop!

Join Sara for a fun and festive Christmas cardmaking workshop! You’ll create two elegant cards featuring layered poinsettia die-cut pieces and patterned paper. We’ll talk die-cutting, how to glue those fiddly pieces, card layout options—and Sara will share two bonus Christmas poinsettia projects for even more inspiration. (April BellaCon attendees, here’s another Tag in a Bag design for you!) The papers, stickers and dies are available at Paper Wishes, who created a special money saver for you.

Tiffany will be teaching a Winter Wonderland Snowflake Garland Workshop.

Vintage-inspired winter garland created with laser-cut wood and yarn plus extra snowflake designs for your tabletop decor. In this class, you will learn different painting and finishing techniques, how to create the yarn snowflake and assemble the garland, along with design ideas to use the additional wood pieces in the kit.

Kit will be available: includes 24 cut and lightly primed wood pieces, plus yarn to create one garland.  

Cheryl will be teaching Holiday Treasured Ornaments with Powertex!

Join Cheryl Boglioli for an exciting hands-on workshop during Bella Crafts Publishing’s Holiday Craft-A-Thon, where you’ll learn how to craft beautiful, long-lasting ornaments that will become cherished family heirlooms. Using a simple Styrofoam ball as your base, you’ll transform it with Powertex, a unique liquid sculpting medium, and bring your creativity to life!

In this class, you’ll:

• Discover how to use Powertex to sculpt and coat your ornament(s) for durability.
• Add dimensional elements for stunning, eye-catching designs.
• Learn drybrushing techniques to highlight texture and details, making your ornament truly one-of-a-kind.

Whether you’re looking to add personal touches to your holiday décor or give handmade gifts that will be treasured for years, this workshop will leave you inspired and ready to spread holiday cheer. No experience is necessary, so come with your imagination and let’s get crafting!

Meg will be teaching One Sketch Two Ways!

We will start with a simple card sketch and turn it into two stunning cards – and I can’t wait for you to see the sketch come to life in two very different ways!

Karen will be teaching 2 Watercoloring Technique Classes with Die Inks & Inks Smooshing

Julie will be sharing 2 ShoeBox Workshops with items you will find in your home.

The first workshop will be creating Christmas Cards.

The second workshop Julie will be sharing Quick & Easy Christmas Ornaments with items you have in your stash.

Kim will be sharing 2 Workshops.

The first workshop will Kim will show how you can Foil with your Stamps to create awesome cards.

In the second workshop Kim will share how to Light-up your paper for Home Decor`.

A sitewide discount for Emeral Creek Craft Supplies will be offered during the event.

Ann will be hosting the event, teach a Journal Workshop and be sharing several mini-workshops along with tips, tricks and techniques along the way.

One workshop will feature Eileen Hulls Notebook Journal Die and Ann’s ArtFoamie Rails to create a Journal.

Ann’s Mini-Workshops will include how to do Sublimation to create stunning Chrismas Cards, Covering Mini-Journals for everyday use and a couple of Bonus workshops that will include a downloadable PNG file.

Workshops for the Bella Crafts Holiday Craft-Long 2024 Virtual Event will begin on Wednesday, October 23, 9 am CST and go through approximately 5:00 pm CST on Friday, October 25.

Please be aware that in the event an instructor becomes unavailable through no fault of their own, as we all know Life Happens…a substitute instructor will teach the workshop or a substitute workshop will be added. This has never happened at one of our events but it needs to be put out there as I said Life Happens and we all do the best we can!

Frequently Asked Questions

• How do I get a refund? Sorry, there are no refunds. If your unable to be at the event Virtually during the event, everything will be available to replay when you are able.
• Will I be able to get a class supply list or buy a kit? A class supply list will be available in the Facebook Group at least one week prior to the event. Limited kits will be available from the instructors and these will also be listed in the Facebook Group.
• Can I make partial payments? No
• I don’t have a PayPal account.  Will I still be able to register and pay for the event?  Yes.  You do not have to have a PayPal account.  You can still pay through PayPal using a credit card without establishing an account.
