Creating decorative candles has always been one of my favorite things to make. My Winter Wonderland Candle was designed with beautiful ribbons and trims from Gwen Studios. It makes the perfect last minute gift for the holidays or create one for your own home. This candle is quick and easy to make and the results are stunning! Happy Holidays! Hugs, Lisa~

Step One:

Gather all of the supplies as shown in the photo. Additional supplies are listed at the end of this post with links on where to find them.

Step Two:

Cut a piece of the Deco Foil slightly bigger than the Ann Butler Designs ornament toner paper. Lay the foil on top of the toner paper with the pretty side facing up. Turn the laminator on the #3 setting to heat up. Place both pieces into the clear carrier sheet and run them through the laminator.

Step Three:

Cut your foiled paper 3 1/2″ x 6″ for a 7″ candle. Trim the mulberry paper 4″ x 6″ and adhere to the back of the paper. Using a glue gun, adhere the silver ribbon to the top and bottom of the paper. Attach three silver eyelets on each end of the paper.

Step Four:

To finish, cut a piece of 1/8″ silver ribbon 34″ long and thread it through the eyelets. Wrap the paper around the candle, pull the ribbons tight, and tie a bow. Adhere the silver snowflake trim to the top and bottom of the candle. Attach the holiday picks and the chipboard snowflake to the front of the candle with a glue gun.
