Supplies for Sending Love Pull Out Card
Steps One, Two, Three:
Cut all of the papers as follows~ Purple cardstock, 9 1/2″ x 6″, score at 4 3/4″ and at 2 3/8″ for the card base. Yellow cardstock, 4 1/2″ x 5 3/4″ and cut two pieces 2 1/8″ x 5 3/4″. Lavender cardstock, 4 1/4″ x 4 1/4″ and Cream cardstock, 4″ x 4″. Cut the two squares in half diagonally. Cut the patterned papers, 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ and cut two pieces 2″ x 5 1/2″.
Layer and adhere all of the papers to the Purple card base as shown.
Fold the card in half with the fold facing you. Measure 1 3/4″ from each side and mark it with a pencil. Next, measure 3/4″ from the fold and cut two slits.
Steps Four, Five, Six:
Create two score marks inside the card by the slits. Pull the center up and work the score marks by opening and closing the card.
Cut two pieces of patterned paper, 4 3/4″ x 6″ and adhere them to the back of the card base.
Using the Obsidian (black) Amalgam inkpad, stamp the flourish image on the Cream triangle cardstock. On a piece of Cream cardstock, stamp the Daffodil image with the Obsidian inkpad.
Steps Seven, Eight, Nine:
Die cut the stamped image with a 3 3/4″ oval die and die cut a 4 1/4″ oval from Lavender cardstock. Adhere them together.
Add color to the images with watercolor pencils. Apply a light layer of clear sealer on both images. Layer the two triangles together and adhere them on top of the pop out inside the card as shown.
Die cut a 2 1/8″ oval from Lavender cardstock and stamp the sentiment with the Obsidian inkpad. Apply some Yellow gems to the sentiment and the Daffodil image and adhere the both to the card as shown.
