Grab your old jeans and some fabulous trims to Quick & Easy Pocket Purses your little girls will love!

Steps One, Two, Three:
Trim the pockets off worn jeans close to the edge.
Gather some of your favorite trims and iron on patches, if desired.
Audition different trims on the pockets to see what looks great.
Steps Four, Five:
Cut trim for the shoulder strap, length desired, for this one I made it 28″. Attach to the back of the jean pocket as shown in the photo above.
Continue adding trim to the back of the pocket to cover the raw edges completely.
Add trim to the front as desired. Let dry.

Steps One, Two, Three
Choose a pocket that you have trimmed and then, audition your trims and one of the fun Gwen Studios Embroidered Iron On Patches.
Following the manufacturer Instructions Iron the patch in place.
Check the edges to be sure the patch is adhered good.
Steps Four, Five, Six
The back of the pocket was really clean so for this Pocket Purse I started on the front and adhered the trim to the bottom edges.
Cut one long piece of trim, approximately 46″ long. Attach to one side of the pocket…
Then attach to the other side of the pocket, leaving the strap free. If desired apply trim to the back side also. This is so Cute!

Steps One, Two Three
Add a bit more trim to the front of the pocket as desired.
And your done…oh so easy!
