This Lemonade Shaker Card is so much fun to make! Not only is it a shaker card filled with fun confetti embellishments but it’s also a shaped drink cup card. The die set I used is from The Stamps of Life. They have an amazing assortment of die sets called Fold-It Shaped Card, where you can create cards in a variety of different shapes, making them a lot more fun than the basic card. Supplies for Lemonade Shaker Cup Card

Steps One & Two:

Cut a yellow piece of cardstock 9″W x 6″H and fold it in half. Lay the die on the cardstock just past the fold line and run it through the die cutting machine. The die will cut the top, right side, and bottom, leaving a fold on the left side.

Note: You can create the card base with a side fold like mine or a top fold.

Die cut the remainder of the pieces as shown in the photo above.

Steps Three & Four:

Using a plastic shaker card cover, die cut it out with the die shown in the photo above.

Once the plastic is cut out, cut off the top portion and use a bone folder to press the score lines.

Steps Five & Six:

Layer all of the die cut pieces as shown and adhere them to the card base.

Place the lemon patterned paper inside the plastic and apply 1/8″ of double-sided tape around all of the edges.

Steps Seven & Eight:

Place the straw on the card. To create the shaker, remove all of the liners on the double-sided tape except the top piece and adhere the plastic to the card base. Pour a portion of the confetti embellishments in the top of the plastic and pull the liner from the tape to seal the shaker.

Stamp the sentiment out on a piece of yellow cardstock using the black inkpad and cut it out. Adhere it to a piece of green cardstock and cut it out again. Place the sentiment and the fruit pieces to the card base as shown in finished photo.
