I absolutely love everything about Gina K Designs! The stamps, dies, inkpads, all of it, so when I began to start work on this card I decided to also use one of her layout designs. I tweaked the measurements a little, but it’s all about Gina K Designs for this weeks blogpost and Facebook Live video. I hope you give it a try! Crafty hugs, Lisa~

Step One:

Cut out all of the papers as follows:

• Card Base- purple cardstock 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ score at 2″
• Card Base Inside Layer- lavender patterned papers 1 3/4″ x 4″ and 4″ x 5 1/4″
• Card Base Front Layer- multicolor patterned paper 1 3/4″ x 4″
• Inside Piece- violet cardstock 3 1/2″ x 9 1/2″ fold in half
• Inside Piece Layers- blue patterned papers 3 1/4″ x 4 1/2″ cut 2
• Inside Piece Layer- lavender cardstock 3″ x 4 1/4″
• Inside Piece Front Layer- multicolor patterned paper 3″ x 4 1/4″
• Floral Image Layers- blue cardstock 3 3/4″ x 2 3/4″ and violet cardstock 3 1/2″ x 2 1/2″

Step Two:

On a piece of white cardstock, stamp the floral image with black inkpad. Color the image with watercolor pencils and cut the image out. Apply the dots on the image with a white paint pen. See finished photo for placement if needed. Adhere the blue and violet cardstock to the stamped image.

Step Three:

Die cut the large feather from blue glitter paper. Next, die cut the small feather from blue, lavender, and pink glitter papers. For the word, die cut it out from purple cardstock.

Step Four:

On the inside layer of the card, stamp the sentiment with the black inkpad as shown, and then adhere “friend” and the blue feather. Adhere the other small feathers on the opposite end. To see how to put all the layers together watch my video HERE.
