Steps One, Two, Three:
Gather assorted color and widths of ribbon in a theme that will go with your Christmas decor. Use some trims if desired also.
Cut jute to four feet. Tie a knot with a loop at each end. Note: Cut the just longer or shorter if desired.
Measure and cut ribbon to seven inches. Cut the ends to a diagonal.
Steps Four, Five, Six:
Cut ribbon in assorted colors, widths and patterns. Note: You may cut your ribbon ends in a V as shown in the Red Ribbon.
Center and tie ribbons onto jute. You may knot once or twice as prefered.
Continue adding ribbons until fullness is achieved as desired. You may push and move the ribbons to add additional colors or widths as needed.
This Quick & Easy Christmas Ribbon Garland is a perfect project to do with kids or grandlittle ones. I made these with two of my grandgaughters and they were so happy with the results.
