Supplies for Deco Foil Note Holder

Step One:
Cut a piece of Deco Foil 6″ x 6″. Lay on top on the toner paper with the color side up. Place inside a piece of parchment paper and run it through a hot laminator. Remove the foil to reveal the foiled toner paper.
Step Two:
Cut the toner paper into two pieces, 3″ x 4 1/2″ for the tin lid and 1 3/4″ x 4 1/2″ for the spool. Trace the lid on the toner paper and cut out.
Step Three:
Using a paintbrush, apply the Glace watercolors the toner papers. Adhere the papers to the tin lid and spool.
Step Four:
Apply glitter washi tape around the bottom of the lid and the clothespin.
Step Five:
Cut a piece of wire 8″ long. Wrap around the clothespin and secure. Wrap the remainder of the wire around a paintbrush and push it through the spool. Apply some hot glue inside the spool to hold the wire in place. To finish, adhere the spool to the top of the tin and add the flowers.
