Each week we try to bring you some fun and exciting craft projects that you’ll want to make for yourself. This week we’re going to be creating projects with stamps and clay. We think you’re going to love both of the projects, so let’s get crafty!

For our first project, Ann shared a very cool technique that she developed for a clay manufacturer many years ago. She used some different colors of clay and blended them together creating a beautiful base for a number of different projects like mixed media, jewelry, etc. In this project, after blending the clay she used stamps from our sponsor this week, Darkroom Door, to make a luggage tag and a postcard that you can actually mail like you would a paper one. Our second project is a beach themed frame that Lisa created also using stamps from Darkroom Door and some ink pads from Gina K. Designs. The project is simple to make but would be a beautiful addition to your home decor. Seashell Frame Supplies Needed to Create Project with Stamps

Step One:

Remove the metal clip and adhere cardstock to the wood frame.

Stamp images on cardstock with different color inkpads.

Adhere the images to cardstock and then patterned papers.

Wrap fibers around the bottom of the images.
