My favorite craft projects usually contain lots of little details, but every once in a while I like to make projects that are quick and easy. They remind me of projects my mom and I would create for our craft shows. If you’re a crafter who loves to participate in craft shows, this project is perfect! It’s quick to make and also inexpensive so creating multiple ones are a breeze.
Check out the full list of supplies at the end of this post.
Step One:
Use die cut machine and die to cut out notebook holder on matboard. Adhere patterned paper to matboard and cut around edges.
Step Two:
Stamp images on white cardstock with black inkpad. Color images with Copic markers and cut out.
Step Three:
Use Flower Shaping Kit to shape the flowers.
Step Four:
Layer images together with foam tape. Add a small amount of glue to the flower centers and add micro beads. Finish notebook holder by adhering flowers and ribbon to the front.
Step Five:
For the Notebook: Cut patterned paper 6″ x 3″ and score at 2 7/8″ and again at 3 1/8″. For the inside pages, cut some copy paper 5 3/4″ x 2 3/4″, fold in half. Place pages inside notebook and wrap some ribbon around the center. Tie a bow around the outside to hold the pages in place.
