I have always been told that everyone wants to see Paris! I must be the exception. I have no desire to “go there”….it is so much more fun (and a lot cheaper) to create art with a Paris theme. The mixed media canvas will be a gift for a dear friend who just got back from her lifelong dream trip to Paris.

Instructions:
- Condition a very small amount of polymer clay. Place the clay into the Eifel Tower section of the mold. Remove any excess clay. Bake at the recommended time and temperature. Allow to cool.
- Place the round sticker in the upper left sky area on the canvas paper.
- Use the Stylus handle and tip to apply a light coat of metallic gold paint to the canvas paper. Allow the paint to dry. Wash & dry the tip.
- Center the “Paris” stencil on the dry canvas paper. Apply the black ink with the Stylus tip.
- Remove the stencil. Lightly apply the black ink as clouds in the sky. Allow ink to dry. Wash and dry the tip.
- Cut the white card stock to 2 ½ x 3”. Stamp “Time in Paris” with black ink. Set aside to dry.
- Die cut the two Fluer de Lis pieces from scrap. Ink the pieces with the metallic gold ink, sprinkle with gold embossing powder. Heat the pieces to melt the powder.
- Die cut the Eifel Tower from the metal. Emboss it with the folder.
- Apply the alcohol ink onto the die cut with the Stylus™ tip. Apply a bit of alcohol ink around the edges of the stamped piece. Allow both to dry. Clean and dry the tip.
- Place the canvas inside the matt.
- Attach the Eifel Tower to the lower left side of the matt with tiny pieces of foam tape or dots.
- Attach the stamped piece to the lower right hand side of the matt with Scor-Tape™.
- Place the tiny black cloths pin on the top left side of the stamped piece.
- Attach the clay Eifel Tower to the stamped piece with QuickGrip™ adhesive.

Love your Paris card – I did go there recently after a 40 year absence. It was a wonderful trip! Loved all the museums and art work was inspirational!
