Steps One, Two, Three:
Place the ink cartridge into the mold and fill the mold half way with clear resin. Be sure to get the resin down to the tip of the mold.
Use tweezers or pour the confetti into the mold. Fill the rest of the mold with resin and put it under a UV light for ninety seconds to cure. Turn the mold over and cure it again for ninety seconds. If the resin is sticky you’ll need to cure it again. Designer Note: The more confetti you put in the mold the longer it will take to cure.
Once the resin is cured completely, pop the pen out of the mold. Adhere an eye screw to the top of the pen with glue. Use a jump ring to attach a small piece of Silver chain to the eye screw and add a charm to the end of the chain.
Steps Four, Five, Six:
Place the ink cartridge into the mold. Starting at the top of the mold, pour Blue, Yellow, and Green resins in the mold.
Add some glitter in the mold and fill the rest of the mold with clear resin. By adding the clear resin, you won’t use up a lot of the colored resins. Put the mold under a UV light for two minutes to cure. Turn the mold over and cure it again for another two minutes. Designer Note: Colored resins take longer to cure.
Once the resin is cured completely, pop the pen out of the mold. Adhere an eye screw to the top of the pen with glue. Use a jump ring to attach a small piece of Gold chain to the eye screw. Use two more jump rings to add the charms to the chain.
