This pocket portfolio is perfect to add photos or other fun items from your summer trips and parties with friends and family. It’s very easy to make with patterned paper packs and cardstock. I hope you give it a try. Crafty hugs, Lisa~
Steps One, Two, Three:
For the portfolio, cut the Red cardstock 4 1/4″W x 12″H and another piece 4 1/4″W x 5″H. Score the smaller cardstock at 1 1/2″ from the edge. Score the longer piece at 1 1/2″, 6 1/2″, and 8″. Adhere the papers together. Cut Pink, Light Blue, Dark Blue, Green, and Yellow 5″W x 9″H.
Trace the pattern onto all of the cardstock pieces and cut them out. Score and fold according to the pattern and adhere them together to create the pockets.
Cut five pieces of patterned papers 8 1/2″W x 3″H. Wrap the papers around the pockets and adhere them in place.
Steps Four, Five, Six:
For the layers on the portfolio, cut the patterned papers as follows~ 4″W x 4 3/4″H (2), 4″W x 3 3/4″H (2), 4″W x 3 1/4″H (2), 4″W x 1 1/4″H (4).
Step 5 shows the layers for the outside of the portfolio. Adhere them to the portfolio base as shown. Make sure the patterned papers are facing in the correct direction.
Step 6 shows the layers for the inside of the portfolio. Adhere them to the portfolio base as shown. Cut the ribbon approximately 28″ long. Place one of the pockets in the center of the ribbon and adhere the ribbon to the back of the pocket. Next, adhere that pocket to the inside of the portfolio. Place the other four pockets inside and tie them up with the ribbon as shown.
To finish, die cut the letters to spell out “Sunny Vibes” from Dark Blue cardstock and adhere them to the front part of the portfolio. Apply two layers of foam tape and attach it to the pre-made die cut flip flops. Adhere the flip flops to the bottom portion of the portfolio. This will used as the closure. Decorate the portfolio with stickers and pre-made die cut pieces.
