This year for Valentine’s Day, I decided I wanted my handmade items to have some extra bling on them and using products from Rhinestone Genie is the perfect tool! I love how my Valentine Shaker Tag Book turned out and it didn’t take a lot of time to create it. I really hope you give it a try. Have Fun! Lisa~
Supplies for Valentine Shaker Tag Book
Steps One, Two, Three:
Using the whole tag die, cut three pieces of chipboard and two pieces of foam adhesive.
Cut eight pieces of various patterned papers and one piece of clear plastic with the open side of the tag die (as shown). Next, die cut one piece of pink cardstock and one piece of white cardstock with the closure die.
Die cut a piece of patterned paper with the window part of the tag die. Use the template and rhinestones, and follow manufacturer’s instructions to add the rhinestones to the patterned paper. Adhere it to the chipboard as shown.
Steps Four, Five, Six:
Turn the chipboard over and adhere the window plastic to the back. Attach the foam adhesive pieces together, and place them on the window plastic. Add confetti and attach a patterned paper tag on top to cover the adhesive.
Adhere the three chipboard pieces together to create the book. Attach the remainder of the patterned papers tags.
Cut a piece of patterned paper 1 1/2″W x 3″H. Adhere it to the spine and use the last tag to cover the back.
To finish, adhere both closure pieces together and add rhinestones following manufacturer’s instructions. Decorate the tag book as desired.
