Your Summer Party Tables Will Never Look Better With This Beach Themed Candle Centerpiece

Summer parties are in full swing right now and it’s time to get started with all of the planning. It’s no secret that the beach is my favorite place on the planet but since I can’t always be there, I like to decorate my tables like I am. This Beach Themed Candle Centerpiece is perfect for those summer parties or your home decor. I can (almost) feel the sand running through my toes. What about you? Enjoy! Liisa~
Supplies for Beach Themed Candle Centerpiece

Step One:
Using a black inkpad, stamp the images onto white cardstock, color with chalk pencils and die cut with matching die set and a die cutting machine.
Step Two:
Lay patterned paper on top of the 6″ wood ring. Cut out with exatco knife and adhere to the ring. Using a pencil, trace the ring onto a piece of white cardboard. Cut around the outside of the ring, leaving the middle in tact. Adhere the cardboard to the ring.
Step Three:
Adhere the mesh to the ring with a glue gun. Don’t worry about seeing the glue. The stamped images will cover it. Tie some green hemp cord around the mesh as shown.
Step Four:
Attach the stamped images to the ring with a glue gun. Adhere the small fish, seahorse and the umbrella to the miniature chair and glue chair to the ring as shown.
Step Five:
Using two dies from the Slim Lacy Layers Die Set, die cut one from blue cardstock and one from patterned paper. Adhere the two pieces together and attach the gem boarder. Punch one hole on the each end of the papers, add a piece of hemp cord and tie around the candle. Adhere the Mermaid and two green plants to the front of the candle as shown. Place the candle inside the ring and enjoy your Beach Themed Candle Centerpiece!
